Position

Clark Hill is seeking an experienced attorney to join our energy litigation practice in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full‑time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week. All candidates must have 5+ years of litigation practice experience and an active PA bar license.

Requirements

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Experience working with e‑discovery software
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Oil and gas experience is preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $175,000 to $200,000 annually, based upon a full‑time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401(k), vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
