Esquire Law in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our firm. You will provide legal advice to injured clients and represent them in civil proceedings, including discovery, trial, and mediation preparation. A JD and AZ bar admission are required, with at least 4 years of Personal Injury experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our firm. You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured. You will be responsible for providing injured clients with the legal advice required to successfully win compensation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation
• Must have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and comfortable in fast paced environment
• Litigation experience in Personal Injury

Education:

• JD required
• Barred in the State of Position

Experience:

• 4 years’ experience in Personal Injury Law
• Must have experience answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation.
• Auto Accident and Premises Liability Cases required.
