Job summary

W3Global in Pasadena, CA seeks an experienced business litigator to manage an independent caseload from intake to resolution. The role requires handling motions, depositions, and hearings as lead attorney, with direct client contact and strategic decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of civil/business litigation, impeccable motion practice, and an active California Bar license. Hybrid remote in Pasadena preferred with opportunities to grow within the firm.

• Impeccable law and motion practice.
• Comfort operating with autonomy.

• Own a caseload of business litigation and enforcement matters from intake to resolution.
• Write and argue the motions that decide cases: summary judgment, anti-SLAPP, alter ego and successor liability, motions attacking fraudulent transfers, and related dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear at hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences as the lead attorney.
• Work directly with the firm's founder and senior attorneys.

Who We're Looking For

• 7+ years of civil litigation experience with a real business or commercial litigation core.
• Impeccable law and motion practice.
• Comfort operating with autonomy.
• Active California Bar license in good standing; JD from an accredited law school.
• Judgment enforcement or creditor-rights experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
