Job summary

Barnes Pailhe King & Bennett Search is seeking sharp attorneys for hands-on experience across real estate, complex commercial, trust, corporate and IP disputes in Northern and Southern California. REMOTE arrangements are allowed; candidates must be licensed in California.

You’ll conduct research, draft pleadings and motions, manage deadlines, and collaborate with seasoned litigators while building strong client relationships. Competitive salary and benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of litigation experience.
• Deposition and motion practice experience, including drafting pleadings/motions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing deadlines and case schedules.
• Superior legal research and writing skills.
• Must be admitted to practice in California.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Draft compelling motions, legal briefs, and discovery responses.
• Collaborate with and learn from a team of seasoned litigators.
• Work closely with clients and build strong, professional relationships.
