• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of meaningful litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, emotional intelligence, and leadership potential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and legal guidance.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Maintain organized case management, billing, and deadline compliance.
