You will perform complex writing, legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, and manage discovery responses while maintaining strong client relationships. NY admission is required; salary is $120,000–$140,000 per year, with 401k and gym in building.

Job Function

Construction boutique firm seeking a Construction or Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience.

Excellent writing skills are required, along with strong legal research, analysis of complex legal issues, and drafting skills for pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and other legal filings, as well as discovery responses.

The candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior appearances at court conferences and hearings a plus.

Job Requirement

Attorney should have significant experience with:

• Complex commercial litigation
• Complex brief writing
• Electronic discovery
• Legal research
• Preparing legal memoranda and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits and other legal filings as well as discovery demands.

Candidate will maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
