Our stability 5-attorney Plaintiff Personal Injury firm in Nevada seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will understand Pre-Litigation through Settlement and possess Nevada bar admission.

Requirements include 5+ years of litigation, experience in motion hearings, depositions, discovery, negotiations, and strong analytical skills. Leadership and ability to manage own caseload are essential. Competitive salary and bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably Personal Injury.
• Experience in Motion Hearings, Taking and Defending Depositions, knowledge of the Local Rules, Discovery, Negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Handle motions and hearings throughout the litigation process.
• Take and defend depositions; manage discovery and evidence.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents; negotiate outcomes.
• Supervise own caseload and provide leadership to junior staff.

Our stable 5 Attorney Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm, in business for over 30 years, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney. Experience in either Plaintiff or Defense Personal Injury will be considered, preferably Plaintiff. The ideal Attorney will understand the Pre‑Litigation stages through Litigation and Settlement.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably Personal Injury Law
