Synectics Inc. in Gaithersburg, MD, is seeking a bi-lingual litigation attorney to join its growing team. The associate will handle Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury matters, representing clients at administrative hearings and on appeal.

The attorney will commute to hearings 3–5 mornings per week and spend afternoons preparing for the next day’s hearings, while also addressing other client matters. Maryland Bar admission is required; DC/VA a plus; Spanish proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Maryland Bar Admission required.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience.
• Spanish language proficiency required.

Bi-Lingual Litigation Attorney We are a fast-paced Montgomery County, Maryland law firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join our growing team, representing clients in Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury claims. We have been servicing clients since 2001, quickly growing from a single attorney to over 60 employees. Despite our growth, we have been able to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere where we promote teamwork as well as individual development.

Responsibilities

The Attorney will work primarily in the Worker's Compensation department in Gaithersburg, representing clients at the administrative hearing level as well as at the appeal level. The attorney will typically attend hearings 3-5 mornings a week, spending the afternoons in the office prepping for the following days' hearings and tending to other client matters as needed.
