BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney in Burtonsville, MD. The role expands into immigration litigation, defending clients in removal proceedings and participating in multi-state Federal Habeas Corpus matters.

The attorney will handle civil representations, collaborate with a team during a busy trial schedule, and assist vulnerable populations through the legal process. JD required; Maryland Bar License preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
• Federal Civil Litigation experience preferred.
