The attorney will commute to hearings 3–5 mornings per week and spend afternoons preparing for the next day’s hearings, while also addressing other client matters. Maryland Bar admission is required; DC/VA a plus; Spanish proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Maryland Bar Admission required.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience.
• Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at administrative hearings and appeals in workers' comp and personal injury.
