Job summary

Balekian Hayes is seeking a family attorney passionate about representing clients through challenging times. The position involves consulting with clients, drafting pleadings and settlements, and guiding cases through civil litigation.

Texas licensure and Dallas residency or willingness to commute are required, with prior courtroom experience preferred. Benefits include health care, retirement plans, life insurance, paid time off, training and development, and a work-from-home option.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must live in the Dallas metroplex or be willing to commute to Dallas.
• At least 1 year of courtroom and civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience handling divorce or child custody matters a plus.
