Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active Texas Bar membership in good standing.
• At least seven years of family law experience.
• Experience handling divorce and custody matters, including contested proceedings, mediation, and courtroom advocacy.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
• Professional judgment, discretion, and a client-focused approach.

Work Arrangement

• Based in the Dallas office, the position will begin in person and transition to a hybrid arrangement. Travel to courts and client-related proceedings throughout the service area will be required.
