Job summary

Melone Hatley, P.C. seeks a Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in Texas. The ideal candidate will handle court proceedings, draft pleadings, and negotiate on behalf of clients with integrity and diligence.

You will work independently and as part of a collaborative firm, maintain strong research and writing skills, manage caseloads, and stay current with changing rules and procedures while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to Texas state bar.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

Position Overview
