Role Description

A reputable law firm is seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join their team as an associate. This dynamic practice group handles cases involving professional liability, malpractice defense, aviation, employment, and general liability.

This is a remote position, but the attorney must be available for onsite court appearances and depositions in Los Angeles and surrounding areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze new files from clients.
• Prepare and communicate detailed status reports to clients.
• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research when required.
• Issue and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare and lead depositions.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials in the Los Angeles are

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
