Emran Law Firm, P.C.,is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced California Workers’ Compensation Attorney to assist with both standard workers’ compensation and Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF) cases. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity on a part-time and ongoing basis, ideal for someone who values flexibility and purposeful work.

Emran Law Firm is a multi-disciplinary firm. Our office represents injured workers across Northern and Southern California, with a focus on delivering smart, strategic, and compassionate legal advocacy. As a growing firm with a reputation for results and professionalism, we aim to make a meaningful impact in every case we handle.

• Evaluate and litigate SIBTF claims and workers’ compensation matters
• Draft and file SIBTF applications, declarations, and WCAB pleadings
• Analyze medical reports and ratings; coordinate with DEU and medical-legal providers
• Manage case strategy and provide clear communication with clients
• Participate in remote appearances and collaborate with firm staff as needed
• Provide ongoing Attorney Support to the Legal Team
• At least 2 years of experience in California workers’ compensation (Required)
• Direct experience handling SIBTF claims is required (Required)
• Excellent legal writing, issue-spotting, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and capable of managing caseload remotely
• Remote (Firm headquartered in San Francisco)
• Contract, Part-Time (approx. 5–15 hours/week; flexible)
• Hourly compensation DOE (Depends on Experience)
• Ongoing engagement with potential for growth and expanded responsibilities
