Job summary

Barkhordar Labor Law Group in Los Angeles seeks an ambitious Employment Litigation Associate to join our plaintiff-side team. You will handle cases from intake through potential trial, with mentorship and no billable hours requirements; success is measured by results, not hours.

Responsibilities include handling wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage/hour claims, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery in state and federal courts, and collaborating with a team

Qualifications

• Litigation experience in employment law preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
• Active California Bar admission.
• Strong desire to try cases.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Empathy and patience when working with clients navigating difficult situations.
