Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga, a leading Atlanta plaintiff firm, seeks a Litigation Attorney to join our full-time practice. You will meet clients, assess claims, and coordinate with insurers to advance settlement or trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Personal Injury litigation, is admitted to the Georgia Bar, and communicates clearly in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. This role emphasizes independence, teamwork, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
• Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented
