We value strong writers and advocates who take ownership, collaborate, and aim to grow; the associate will handle cases from discovery through resolution, with opportunities in coordinated and mass product liability actions, employment, and commercial

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of litigation experience.
• Active membership in the California Bar.
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.
• Ability to take ownership of work and collaborate effectively.
• Interest in developing independent judgment and trial skills.
• Consumer warranty, federal court, and complex litigation experience are a plus.
• Strong litigators from a range of practice backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from discovery through resolution.
• Contribute to case strategy and litigation planning.
• Work directly with experienced trial lawyers.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings and develop trial skills.
• Handle consumer litigation defense matters.
• Gain opportunities to work on coordinated and mass product liability actions, employment, and commercial litigation.
• Attend necessary in-person court appearances, depositions, trials, and other case-related activities.
