• Experience managing litigation matters with increasing independence.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide litigation support to attorneys across multiple practice groups in California.
• Manage matters through all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue motions; prepare legal research and memoranda; assist with case strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to deliver high-quality client service.
• Travel within California for hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
