Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for court appearances as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support to attorneys across multiple practice groups.
• Manage matters through all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare legal research and memoranda, and assist with case strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices to provide high-quality client service.
• Travel within California as needed for hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

• Provide litigation support toattorneys across the firm's Commercial Real Estate, Construction,Regulatory, Real Estate, Banking (CRRAB), Litigation, and IntellectualProperty practice groups.
