Qualifications

• 1–4 years of litigation experience, preferably in professional liability or employment law.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on professional liability, medical and legal malpractice, and labor and employment law.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients and experts.
• Evaluate case strategy, assist with settlement negotiations, and support senior attorneys through case lifecycle.
