Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP in Los Angeles, CA seeks an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of civil litigation experience and CA admission to handle complex professional liability matters, including defense of lawyers, accountants, architects, engineers, and insurance agents. The role includes securities litigation before FINRA/AAA and D&O litigation in state and federal court.

Compensation ranges are competitive with a benefits package (401(k), health/dental/vision, disability, life).

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience.
• CA bar admission required.

Responsabilidades

• Efficient management of multiple cases.
• Timely preparation of pleadings, motions and discovery.
• Participate in mediations, hearings and depositions as required.
• Evaluation of findings and development of strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
• On-time completion of reports/projects, in adherence to partner and client needs/guidelines.
• Accurate and timely recording of billable hours, in adherence to client guidelines and Firm policy.
