Role Description

The Associate Attorney will work full time on-site in the firm’s Burbank, CA office. This role includes drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; conducting legal research; and preparing memoranda on issues involving professional liability, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and labor and employment law. The Associate Attorney will attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients and experts as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities also include evaluating case strategy, assisting with settlement negotiations, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and supporting senior attorneys in all phases of litigation from case intake through resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with experience or coursework in Labor and Employment Law.
