Candidates should have 2–4 years in civil litigation, a law degree, Texas bar license, and strong writing and oral advocacy. The firm emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and a supportive, balanced workplace.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Law degree from an accredited law school and active Texas bar license.
• Knowledge of Texas and Federal pleading, discovery, motions, and trial practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with clients and courts.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil cases from initial case assessment through resolution including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategy.
• Research relevant law and draft motions and responses.
