Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking an Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation in Dallas, TX, to join a fast-growing firm with a strong Texas practice. The role offers hybrid work in-office days with remote flexibility and significant client exposure.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, strong drafting and research skills, and a willingness to own cases while working with senior attorneys on strategy and development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience is required.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Strong client communication and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from filing to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare for hearings.
• Coordinate with paralegals and support staff.
• Communicate with clients on status and strategy.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy development.
