HeplerBroom LLC is seeking a licensed Associate Attorney in St. Louis with at least three years of relevant litigation experience to join our civil defense and insurance coverage practice.

This role offers an opportunity to take greater ownership of cases, expand courtroom and deposition experience, and continue developing as a litigator with the support of an established defense firm.

Competenze

• Active attorney license and good standing with bar (Illinois Bar).
• At least three years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Desire to take ownership of cases and grow as a litigator.

Mansioni

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues and develop case strategies.
• Conduct and defend depositions and appear regularly in court.
• Handle discovery, document review, and case analysis.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in the trial of professional liability matters.
• Communicate with clients and provide timely reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Manage case deadlines and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
