Qualifications

• Active Illinois law license and good standing with the Illinois Bar.
• 3+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Missouri licensure is a plus.
• Trial preparation experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategies through factual investigation, legal research, and analysis.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings and make appearances in various courts and counties.
• Handle discovery, document review, motion practice, and other aspects of litigation.
• Research and analyze statutes, regulations, court decisions, and other legal authorities.
• Manage case deadlines and keep matters moving efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients and attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Illinois law license and good standing with the Illinois Bar


• 3+ years of relevant litigation experience
