Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough research, analysis, and interpretation of statutes, regulations, court decisions, and opinions.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Monitor case files for deadlines and develop defenses and strategies.
• Assist with document review and analysis.
• Conduct depositions and appear regularly in court.
• Support trial preparation and participate in the trial of professional liability cases.
• Adhere to client guidelines meticulously.
• Communicate effectively and report appropriately to clients.
