• Active membership in the Illinois Bar.
• At least three years of relevant legal experience.

• Research and analyze statutes, rules, regulations, and court decisions.
• Review and analyze case documents and develop case strategy; Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal pleadings.
