Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience required.
• Skilled at arguing motions.
• Exceptional written and oral argument skills.
• Active membership with the CA State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Participate in depositions and attend court hearings.
• Trial preparation and active participation in trials with senior attorneys.
• Attend mediations and negotiate settlements.
• Direct contact with diverse clients and companies.
