Search Group Solutions is seeking a Complex Litigation Associate to join our team in Houston. You will manage complex litigation matters from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare for hearings and trials. The ideal candidate has a J.D., bar admission, and 3–5 years of complex litigation experience in a law firm setting.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Bar admission in good standing.
3–5 years of experience in complex litigation, preferably in a law firm.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation.
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and manage workload.
Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
Assist with business development efforts and participate in marketing activities.
Mentor and train junior associates and support staff.
