• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses and experts.
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial-related proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
