Job summary

Adams & Martin Group, in partnership with a nationally recognized litigation firm, seeks an Associate Attorney for its Las Vegas office to join a growing defense litigation team and gain meaningful courtroom experience.

The role offers hybrid work flexibility, a path for advancement within a national platform, and exposure to depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of insurance defense or general liability experience; trial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other substantive legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses and experts.
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial-related proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
