Candidates should have 3+ years of defense litigation experience, a JD from an accredited university, strong writing and advocacy skills, and active NV State Bar membership.

Our Am Law firm client is hiring an Employment Litigation Associate in its Las Vegas office. This role provides the chance to work on diverse employment litigation matters and counseling issues, offering hands‑on experience in helping employers navigate complex workplace challenges.

This firm offers:

• Base Salary Range: $160K-$220K+ (commensurate with experience)
• Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance, and a 401k plan, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of defense litigation experience, employment experience preferred but not required
• JD from an accredited university
• Strong writing and advocacy skills
• Active membership in the NV State Bar
