Our client is a well-regarded, AV-rated civil litigation firm with offices across California and Nevada, known for a collaborative culture and strong commitment to attorney development and work-life balance. They are growing their litigation team and seeking Associate and Mid-Level Litigation Attorneys for a full-spectrum civil defense practice — from case intake and pre-suit evaluation through discovery, motion practice, and trial.

The firm represents Fortune 500 companies and major insurance carriers, with a caseload primarily focused on:

• Trucking & Auto
• Commercial Litigation
• Employment Defense
• Additional exposure to products liability, real property, construction, professional E&O, and public entity defense matters as they arise

What They're Looking For:

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience (defense-side preferred)
• Hands-on experience with depositions and motion practice; trial or arbitration exposure a plus
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The salary for this position is between $130,000 – $240,000 depending on experience. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
