Job Description

As a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney, you will:

• Handle court appearances, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and trials.

Requirements

• License/Certification: Active membership in the State Bar of California (required).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 6 months in civil litigation (preferred).
• Familiarity with litigation procedures, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Los Angeles, CA.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Bonus

We have an excellent bonus program where attorneys must meet a minimum of 1,860 billable hours per year (155 per month or 465 per quarter) and earn a $120 bonus for each additional client-paid billable hour, with bonuses officially awarded at year-end but pre-paid quarterly if on track.
