Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience analyzing, researching and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals. Experience with trials, taking and defending depositions, and attendance of hearings are preferred. Prior clerkship experience is also preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the Virginia Bar.
$240,000-$305,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
