Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of litigation experience, with judicial clerkship experience a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials and a keen attention to detail, with strong research and writing skills.
• Experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs on sophisticated legal issues, including state and federal court motions.
• Familiarity with motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification motions, writs, and appeals.
• In good standing with the Minnesota Bar or admission as soon as practicable.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay range for this position is $215,000 to $285,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permissible by law.
