Jobot is seeking a Litigation Associate in San Antonio, TX, offering hybrid work and a permanent role. You will manage civil matters from intake through resolution, drafting pleadings and motions, taking depositions, and supporting trial preparation under an experienced mentor.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, lean team.
• Coachable, curious, and eager to grow as a trial lawyer.

Aufgaben

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs across business, construction, and personal injury matters.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and mediations, and assist with trial preparation and trial.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and adjusters to move cases forward.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy in a collaborative, small-team environment.
