Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of litigation experience and be prepared to work on a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters including breach of contract, real estate, financial services, energy, fiduciary litigation, and other areas.
• The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules, be highly motivated, and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Must be diligent, motivated, possess excellent research and writing skills and be able to work independently to manage a myriad of deadlines and thrive in a team environment.
• The ideal candidate should have an interest and aptitude for preparing for and taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel.
• Mediation, arbitration, hearing and trial experience is a plus.
• Candidates must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Local candidates preferred.
