Job summary

The ideal candidate should have an interest and aptitude for preparing for and taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. Mediation, arbitration, hearing and trial experience is a plus. Candidates must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Local candidates preferred.
