The role requires strong writing, research, and the ability to independently manage all litigation phases, with potential remote work if based in Connecticut.

The attorney will handle discovery, depositions, motions, court appearances, and trial preparation while coordinating with senior attorneys and clients on defense strategy

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Connecticut Bar is required.
• Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island Bar admission strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience focused on insurance defense.
• Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our growing insurance defense team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage all phases of litigation independently. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on complex matters across Connecticut, and, ideally, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
