BCG Attorney Search seeks an attorney for litigation defense in Providence, Rhode Island. The role involves defending a variety of civil litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions, working with experienced attorneys and diverse clients.

The attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution, draft motions and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court, hearings and mediations, while maintaining strong client and colleague communications.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Interest in civil litigation and insurance defense.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks.
