Job summary

Orionplacement in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced insurance litigation attorney to handle matters through all stages of the litigation process and provide strategic advocacy for clients. This hybrid role requires an active Massachusetts bar license and 3+ years of insurance litigation experience; Rhode Island bar admission is preferred.

You will draft pleadings, conduct research, manage deadlines, and collaborate with a seasoned team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop well-supported litigation strategies
• Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
• Participate in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support professionals while independently managing assigned responsibilities

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
