Our client, a top-10 AmLaw international law firm in Downtown Miami, is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. The role offers hands-on experience across all stages of litigation and mentorship within a high-caliber team.

The position is hybrid with regular in-office presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, Florida bar in good standing, and at least four years of general

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida in good standing.
• 4 years of general litigation experience across a broad range.
• Prior law firm experience is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and court filings.
• Support senior attorneys in case development, strategy, and client communications.
• Assist with discovery, including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing evidence.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations and trials, providing support.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
• Review, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 4 years of general litigation experience across a broad range of practices.
• Completion of a federal orstate supreme court judicial clerkship is a plus.
• Prior law firm experience is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to draft pleadings, motions, and client communications with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sound judgment,strong attention to detail, and a practical, business‑oriented approach to legal issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including direct interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of matters.
• Commitment to professional development and participation in pro bono or community service initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation : Annual base salary is expected to range from $310,000-$390,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
