• Strong background in motion practice, legal drafting, discovery, and client communication.
• Self-starter, reliable, eager to learn, and capable of managing a heavy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Handle motion practice, pleadings, and discovery across 40+ matters.
• Litigate primarily in state court with regular courtroom appearances.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and communicate with clients throughout a case.
• Work independently while collaborating with two senior attorneys on strategy.
