Job summary

Jobot is seeking a talented 4th–5th year Litigation Associate to join its Commercial Litigation practice in Washington, DC. You will manage all phases of complex disputes, including research, drafting, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, while collaborating with experienced trial attorneys.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and writing skills, a proactive, collaborative mindset, and the ability to take ownership of high‑value matters in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 4th–5th year litigation experience with complex commercial matters.
• Strong academic credentials and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing all phases of litigation: discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions, trial prep.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation from discovery to trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings and motions; conduct legal research and writing.
• Oversee depositions and witness preparation; collaborate with senior trial attorneys.
