Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of general civil litigation experience.
• Experience with Federal Court is a plus.
• Ability to manage cases from inception through trial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage discovery and prepare for depositions.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.
