Job summary

Adams & Martin Group, partnering with a nationally recognized litigation firm, seeks an Associate Attorney for its Las Vegas office. This role offers exposure to sophisticated defense litigation, meaningful courtroom experience, direct client exposure, and long-term career development within a mentorship-driven team.

The position requires a Nevada bar license and 3–8 years of insurance defense and/or general liability experience, with trial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar license required.
• 3-8 years of insurance defense and/or general liability litigation experience.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Hybrid work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other substantive legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses and experts.
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial-related proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
