BCG Attorney Search is seeking an associate with 2 to 8 years of litigation experience for its Las Vegas office. The role includes general liability, product liability, premises liability and catastrophic injury cases.

The ideal candidate will handle depositions, discovery, motion practice and pre-trial prep with strong research and writing skills. Requirements include Nevada bar admission, JD from an accredited law school and demonstrated excellence in litigation and client communication.

• Admission to the Nevada bar.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of litigation.

• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10-20 matters.
• Investigate claims and develop case strategies.
• Draft and respond to discovery.
• Review and analyze documents for production.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and submit pleadings and motions.
• Attend hearings and argue motions.
• Prepare pre-trial and trial documents.
• Prepare cases for mediation/trial and participate in mediation/trial.
• Report effectively to clients.
